Lilly Steel – Owner & Managing Director
Holding a BA (Hons) in English Language and MA in Digital Marketing, Lilly started off her marketing career in the agency world. After spending time working as a Freelance Marketing Consultant, she branched out due to client demand and founded LS Media and Marketing Limited.
Lilly created LS Media and Marketing to ensure that businesses of any size and sector are able to tap into effective marketing services, regardless of their budget. Her honest approach to cost, timescales, what works and what doesn’t, means LS Media and Marketing has secured clients across the globe.
Molly Ashley – Marketing Account Manager
With a BA (Hons) in Media & Communication, Molly was employed as a Marketing Officer for a Multi-Academies Trust before kickstarting her freelance career in 2021. Specialising in content creation and digital media here at LS Media and Marketing, Molly is a passionate writer and social media enthusiast.
Creative, inquisitive and with an eye for detail, Molly can help to breathe new life into your campaigns, converting leads and driving sales.
Megan Johnstone – SEO & Content Specialist
As our SEO and content specialist, Megan helps clients to identify opportunities and grow their online visibility through a blend of data driven optimisation tactics and creative onsite content. Her experience in content creation, account management and SEO means she is an invaluable member of the LS Media and Marketing team and works remotely, supporting a variety of our client accounts.
Hayley O’Brien – Lead Website Designer & Developer
With a BSc (Hons) in Digital Media Technology and over 15 years of experience, Hayley is a seasoned website designer and developer with expertise in Digital Marketing. Since transitioning to freelance work in 2017, she has collaborated with diverse clients delivering digital experiences that blend innovative design with functionality.
Hayley combines her passion for creative design with a dedication to achieving optimal user experiences, bringing your digital vision to life.
Francesca Pinn – Business Administrator
Managing processes and workflows, Francesca is organised, thorough, and precise.
